Madonna, Lady GaGa Top Forbes List Of 2013′s Higest Paid Artistes

Forbes has released the list of the artistes who made the most money between June 2012 and June 2013, and singer Madonna leads the pack with an amazing $125million.
Madonna's millions came from the tail end of her MDNA Tour, which grossed $305 million, augmented by heady merchandise sales at concerts, as well as her Material Girl clothing line and Truth or Dare fragrance.
Lady GaGa is a little off the pace from Madge, grossing $80million which should have been much more had she not had to cancel her tour due to hip problems.
Ironically, the number 1 singer on the list should be Michael Jackson who made $160 million, but the Forbes criteria excludes dead artistes.
