Boy hand himself on his 16 birthday ,coz his mom refuses him to attend friend's funeral

Kamil Ciemniewski's decision to hang himself in his bedroom was an 'impulsive action' after the row with his mother, a coroner ruled today. An inquest heard how Kamil decided to miss classes at St Peter's Roman Catholic High School in Gloucester on February 21 this year to attend a funeral of a 15-year-old friend at the cathedral. The school contacted his mother Iwona Szczurowska about his absence. When Kamil returned home, the pair had a row about his truancy and recent poor grades. He went to his bedroom following the argument and later told his sister that he 'did not care' for her birthday present to him when she visited his room later. His mother went upstairs to his attic bedroom to tell him dinner was ready and discovered her son hanging. Ms Szczurowska said: 'We had a disagreement before his death but it was not the sort of disagreement that would cause this to happen. 'His death was totally unexpected. He will be most deeply missed.' He had not been suffering any bullying, she added. Kamil's stepfather, Jozef Szydlik, said the disagreement between Kamil and his mother was 'a small verbal argument.' Ms Szczurowska went up to summon her son for the meal, and 'almost immediately ran back down shouting and crying,' he said. 'She said to me "He's hung himself." 'I ran upstairs and could see Kamil in the doorway of the stairs that led to his room. 'I shouted to get an ambulance and grabbed hold of his body. I supported his weight.'Mr Szydlik laid his stepson on the floor and a neighbour who worked at a hospital came and started resuscitation. Paramedics took over and Kamil was taken alive to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital. He died several days later from lack of blood to the brain as a result of hanging. Assistant deputy Gloucestershire coroner Katie Skerrett recorded an open verdict on Kamil. 'We will never be entirely sure what his intention was at that point,' said the coroner. Det Sgt James Fereday told the inquest that Kamil had left a note. essages on his mobile phone to friends talked about him attending sports training later that evening. At 5.08pm he sent one text referring to the argument with his mother. Fiona Gittings, vice-principal of St Peter's School, said Kamil was a popular boy and there was no evidence he was having any difficulties at school. He had had not exhibited any unusual patterns of behaviour. 'He made no reports of bullying to school staff and his friends have agreed he was not being bullied,' she said. 'On the day he hanged himself he had been absent from school. He had attended the funeral of a 15 year old boy from Gloucester Academy. That absence triggered a truancy call to his mother. 'We are of the opinion that his taking of his young life was an impulsive act and we are devastated that his actions were so tragic.' The coroner said she could not record a suicide verdict because Kamil knew his family were nearby, that dinner was coming soon, and that he had a birthday party that weekend with gifts to come. He had also made plans for later that day. Kamil was a budding wrestler at the Pro Evolution Wrestling group in Gloucester. A spokesman for the group said: 'During his short life he had that dream, a dream that every single wrestler he came into contact with has - the dream to become the WWE champion. 'Sadly, we will never see this happen. However, everyone involved with Pro Evolution Wrestling and the Pro EVW Training Academy feel that he is the champion of our hearts.'

The rápe victim [name withheld] said the boy,who had earlier asked her
out, stormed her room with 3 boys, tied her up and took turn to rápe
her.
She said the Chief Security Officer of the school instructed of one
the security man, Adanbioje, to take her to police station to make an
official report of the rápe case but after leaving the station, the
security man took her to his residence and also forcefully had séx
with her.
The security man, however, denied ráping thefemale student. He claimed
that he granted the girl an "ásylum" because she said she could not
sleep alone in her house.
"She could not sleep alone because she was afraid that those who had
earlier ráped her might come back again," he insisted
The Police PRO, Victor Babayemi, who paraded the suspects, said police
investigation had shown that rápe cases had been rámpant in the
institution, and assuredthat the suspects would be prosecuted.

On sighting her, Alfa professed that he saw calamities before her and told her that only spiritual deliverance could save her from the impending danger. Gullibly, Nafisat agreed to follow the Islamic cleric to his house at Oja’ba, where unknown to her, Alfa Isiaka was alleged to have had a carnal knowledge of her while she slept off. Nafisat woke up to the reality that someone had slept with her, while according to her, she was unconscious of happenings around her. Recounting her ordeal at the police station, Nafisat, according to sources, said that the only thing she could remember was that she was given a drink and after consumption, she couldn’t recollect anything until after she woke up to discover that Alfa had allegedly had s*x with her. The victim had since reported at the Mapo police station, Ibadan and is currently under investigation, while the suspect is currently at large. Police sources however, informed Crime & Security that efforts were at advance stage to apprehend the suspect. When contacted, the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Oyo State Police Command, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Bisi Ilobanafor, confirmed the story and even expressed worry at the increase in cases of r*pe these days. “There is obviously an increase in r*pe cases these days, apparent of which is the increase in awareness, because victims nowadays come out to report unlike before when we only heard about r*pe cases, but the victims would be afraid to come out and speak. I don’t think r*pe victims should be ashamed of speaking out. Anytime there is a r*pe or defilement case, the case is always transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) Iyaganku, Ibadan because of the importance attached to it. In a related development, one Yetunde (Surname witheld), of Ilupeju area, Ibadan, Oyo State, was also defiled last week. While returning, Olapade said some criminals accosted her and dragged her to one corner where three of them defiled her and ran away. They were only told about it. The mother of the baby, Kabirat Lamidi, a 32-year old hairstylist, said right from the conception of the baby, she had been sick. She said when the baby refused to come out after 11 months, she went for a scan where it was shown that she had an object in the womb with the baby. The Ede, Osun State indigene who said she had been married for 10 years, said she was shocked to discover that few seconds after the baby was delivered, she pushed out a Quran. “I have been hearing about such incidents and I have always insulted people thinking it could never happen. I believe it is a gift from Allah,” she said. She said as a Muslim, she was not even dedicated and did not know how to pray, expressing surprise that such an incident could happen to her. The mother of three said she had always given birth in the hospital but that on this day, she went into labour so fast that she could not move. “My advice to people is that they should henceforth watch their mouth. I didn’t believe before now,” she said. Mrs. Saudat Olawuwo, a staff nurse with the Shasha Medical Centre who assisted with the delivery, said she was called by neighbours when the woman was in labour. Mrs. Olawuwo with 17 years working experience, said the woman was supposed to put to birth on 16 May, but it did not happen. “By the time I came the day she was in labour, the baby was already coming out. So I assisted her. “After that, we were expecting the placenta, but the woman began behaving like one about to run mad. I was so confused. “The woman was shouting that she wanted to push again and all of a sudden, the Quran, wrapped in nylon and stained with blood jumped out. “Out of confusion, I ran out and called people who came to see. We also called a Muslim cleric around the area who came and prayed for the baby,” she said. Father of the baby, Luqman Lamidi, said he was in a drinking bar when he was called and told that his wife had delivered a baby with a Quran. He said he did not believe until he came and saw the Quran covered with blood. “I arrived home and saw a lot of crowd and could not even enter. In fact, I am surprised that a drunk like me could produce a child that came into this world with a Quran,” he said, adding that he had become a changed person. Chief Imam of Oguntade, Shasha, Alhai AbdulRafiu Opeloyeru Oyedokun, said he was the one who tore the nylon from the Quran after he was called to the place. “When I came, people were still doubting if the object was a Quran or not, so I tore the nylon with blood on it publicly and everyone confirmed it.” It was gathered that each time the Quran is placed on his chest, he consistently lifted his hands up and would not drop the hands until the Quran is taken off. Reacting, Medical Director of Bodet Hospital, Ikeja, Lagos, Dr. Bode Tawak said scientifically, it was not possible for a baby to be born holding a Quran. “How big is the baby’s hand to hold the Quran? How big is the Quran? How did the Quran get into her mother’s womb? I don’t know how a Quran can get into a womb. But there are things you can’t explain,” Dr. Tawak responded. He said while the incident cannot be explained medically, in Nigeria many mysterious things happen. A Kaduna-based medical practitioner, Dr. Munir Yusuf said from a medical point of view, it was not possible, but added that depending on the size of the Quran, it was possible metaphysically. He explained that if the Quran is small enough to pass through the diameter of the v**ina, with the child, it is possible. In the same vein, herbal medicine practitioner, Chief Dr. Bola Adegunloye believes nothing is impossible, but said too much importance must not be placed on the incident.

Prahlad jani is an 82 years old man ,from india He claimed to have left home at the age of 7 and as been living an holy man in Rajasthan, India. He said he has been able to live without food or water through the help of the Goddess, who poured an ‘elixir’ through a hole in his palate. This man was regarded as a ‘breatharian’ who can live on a ‘spiritual life-force’ alone. His claims had also been supported by an Indian doctor who specialized in studies of people who claimed supernatural abilities.

The accused who resides in Magaji Compound, Kehinde-Oroki Village, via Igbaja, Kwara State allegedly killed one Okita Sunday of the same village to appease the gods of twins. The suspected ritualist allegedly killed the deceased to appease his great grandfather and the founder of their village. The accused, popularly known as ‘Oro masquerade’ who was arraigned on a one-count charge of culpable homicide, contrary to Section 221 of Penal Code Law, has since been remanded at the Federal Prison, Oke-Kura, Ilorin. The long arm of the law caught up with him following a report on May 27, 2013 at the Divisional Police Headquarters, Igbaja, Kwara State by the deceased wife, Mrs. Salome Okita that the accused criminally administered native concoction to her husband which resulted into stomach ache. According to the complainant, his condition deteriorated until he later gave up the ghost. Police First Information Report (FIR) on the matter stated that investigation conducted at the State Criminal Investigation Department,SCID, Ilorin, revealed that the accused along with Alfa Dauda and Alfa Sule (now at large), intentionally administered poisonous concoction on the deceased thereby using him as sacrifice to service their gods of twins. The FIR stated further that the accused and others at large are members of the Oodua Peoples’ Congress ,OPC, using the means to terrorize the people of the community while also using them for ritual purposes. The prosecutor, Sergeant Jubrin Al-hassan informed the court that investigation into the matter was still ongoing, while effort is also ongoing to arrest his accomplices. He however objected to the bail of the accused and urged the court to remand him in prison custody, Ilorin, pending the outcome of police investigation. The Judge, Magistrate I.O. Olawoyin upheld the submission of the prosecutor and ordered that the accused be remanded at the Federal Prison, Oke- Kura, Ilorin, until June 27 when the case will come up for further hearing
