Khloe Kardashian files for divorce from Lamar Odom for the second and final time

Khloe Kardashian  is has filing for divorce from her estranged husband, Lamar Odom for a second  and final time. She filed the legal documents on Thursday, seven months after putting a halt to proceedings after Lamar's near death collapse at a brothel in Vegas. She halted the proceedings then so she could take charge of taking care of him.
She cited 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason for her petition seeking to formally end her marriage.

According to TMZ the split is amicable and because there is a pre-nuptial agreement between the two, the property settlement agreed the first time will be used.
There are reports that Khloe filed for divorce again after Lamar was photogrpahed drinking cognac at a bar in a LA shopping center about two weeks ago.

According to California law, they have to wait six months before a judge can rule that the marriage is legally over.
